I’ve had a great experience with Legacy Insurance Group, especially working with Sean Goral And Steve . They made my renewal process easy.
Even though Micheal did not give me the total price or cost for my insurance because he said it was not visible to him and that I will get it within 24 hrs, he went above and beyond to help me add a new insurer to my policy. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had to my complete satisfaction. I did not feel rushed at all; the process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Michael for his professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you Micheal
