My family and I are very grateful for Jason, Sergio, and their team at Texas Mortgage Pros. As a first time homebuyer, they made the whole process very easy for me and were always there to answer any questions I had. They were able to get me a better rate and took on my loan with less than 30 days before closing. I really appreciate all their help and making the process as smooth as possible. If you’re looking for a loan officer who truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Noe Cervantes enough! After working with another loan officer who had me expecting to pay nearly $15,000 out of pocket for closing costs, I was overwhelmed and honestly thought homeownership might not happen for me. Then I started working with Noe, and everything changed. Not only did he get me approved and to the closing table in just one week, but he also reduced my monthly mortgage payment and actually got money back for me at closing instead of me paying thousands out of pocket.
Jason and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the loan application process and made everything easy from start to finish. Liesel did a great job coordinating all of the documentation, and the whole team was responsive, organized, and professional. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the experience.
